We collect only the information you choose to share with us, in particular when you fill out a form (contact, property alert, VIP List, valuation request):
- Your first and last name;
- Your email address and phone number;
- Information related to your real estate project (area, budget, property type, criteria, timeline);
- Any information you voluntarily add in a message field.
How we use your information
Your information is used solely to:
- Respond to your inquiries and follow up with you;
- Send you properties and alerts matching your criteria, if you have requested them;
- Support you in your buying, selling or rental project;
- Share, with your consent, relevant information about the real estate market.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Sharing of information
Your information may be shared only when necessary to carry out your real estate project (for example, with the Vendirect agency, a notary, a financial institution or an inspector), or when required by law. Anyone with access to your information is required to keep it confidential.

By submitting a form, you consent to being contacted regarding your inquiry. Signing up for the VIP List or for property alerts is optional and without obligation: you may unsubscribe at any time by writing to us.
Retention and security
Your information is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, then securely destroyed. Reasonable measures are in place to protect your information against loss, unauthorized access or disclosure.
